Mr. Siddharth Saxena

Mr. Saxena holds a degree in Mineral engineering from IIT, Dhanbad. He embarked on his professional journey at Haver and Boecker in Germany where he learnt the intricacies of mineral processing. To extend his experience he joined to Karam Chand Thapar & Bros which is the oldest and one of the largest coal logistics companies in India. He learnt the intricacies of coal logistic business in every dimension like sales, operation and finance.

In 2013, he founded green energy resources with a vision to streamline the supply chain management system for imported commodities and reach the highest level of customer satisfaction in every facet of the business. He built the operations from the ground up, strategically constructing each foundational element of a robust business.


Mrs. Harshita Saxena

Harshita's she is also a director background in technology, with a Master of Technology from GSITS Indore and experience working on a government-managed project at IIT Indore, undoubtedly provides her with a strong analytical foundation and problem-solving skills. These qualities are essential in effectively managing auditing and accounting tasks.

Her technical expertise likely allows her to leverage various software tools and methodologies to streamline auditing processes, enhance accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulations. Furthermore, her experience in a structured research and development environment like IIT Indore may have equipped her with skills in project management, attention to detail, and critical thinking-traits that are invaluable in the fields of auditing and accounting.

By combining her technical knowledge with her current role, Harshita brings a unique perspective to auditing and accounting, potentially driving innovation in processes and contributing to the overall efficiency of financial management activities.
